What is Conversation Design (CxD)?
Conversation design (CxD) involves creating interactions between the user and a conversational agent, intending to mimic real-life communication. This is done to provide users with a more natural and intuitive experience when interacting with the agent. Furthermore, by carefully designing the conversations, CxD helps ensure that the user and agent can communicate effectively and efficiently.
EJ's approach to CxD
As a Certified Conversation Designer, I use a combination of psychology, behavior design, UX writing, copywriting, and solutions architecture to transform structured data processed by computers into natural and persuasive language that humans can understand. In other words, I help the artificial brain communicate with the human brain naturally and effectively. I design intuitive and engaging user conversations by applying my expertise in these areas.
